Iran’s Defense Minister advises US forces to leave the region

Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan, Defense Minister of Iran, on Thursday questioned the presence of US forces in the Persian Gulf and advised them to leave the region and not to make trouble for the countries of this region.

Dehghan made the remarks in response to recent ‘fabricated’ and ‘tension-making’ allegations made by US commanders.

“What are they doing in the Persian Gulf?” Questioned the minister, ‘They’d better leave the region not to make trouble for the countries in the region.’

‘Is it acceptable that an armed robber enter your house and expect to get the red carpet treatment?’ asked the minister.

‘This is another sign of modern ignorance of the 21st century,’ he commented, IRNA reported.
