Agreements around Artsakh must be initiated as soon as possible: Ivan Volynkin
The regularly repeating clashes in the Karabakh-Azerbaijan line of contact are unacceptable in the 21st century, Russia’s Ambassador to Armenia H.E. Ivan Volynkin told reporters.
“The agreements reached in Vienna and St. Petersburg are aimed at providing security in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict zone. These agreements must be initiated as soon as possible,” he said.
