President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has issued a decree, appointing Davit Lokyan Minister of Territorial Administration and Development. As 168.am was informed from the press service of the Armenian President’s Office, Artsvik Minasyan has been appointed Minister of Nature Protection, Artem Asatryan has been appointed Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, and Levon Mkrtchyan – Minister of Education and Science.

The Islamic State terrorist organization has claimed responsibility for the attack. The bomb exploded at 08:30 local time on May 31 in the Vazir Akbar Khan district, near the German embassy.
