Stabbing in Ajapnyak; injured and suspect are classmates

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on schoolboy’s stabbing.

On the morning of September 12 a call was received from medical center informing that a teenager, born in 2000, with cut-pierced wound on the abdomen was taken to medical center. In the result of urgent actions it was found that the injured was a schoolboy and had sustained the injury at school during an argument with his classmates.

A criminal case was initiated according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. The minor having committed the alleged crime was identified.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
