The Armenian Armed Forces today are in a state of combat readiness and are able to fulfill their military tasks, defense minister Vigen Sargsyan said during the Q&A session in the Parliament in response to the question of Yelk faction head Nikol Pashinyan.
He added that the path taken by the government at the moment is sufficient to some extent. At the same time he stated that they are dissatisfied with the implementation process of several programs and would like to have better results.
He added that the visits are not an end in itself. “If we do not visit, it doesn’t mean that we have no agenda with Western countries and their investors, or we are not discussing these topics. Such visits are expected in near future which will be held when we have an agenda and a topic to talk about so that the visit will not be turned into a travel”, he stated.
