Armenia’s Arthur ‘White Bear’ Alexanyan to compete at world championship final with injury
Armenia’s Arthur Alexanyan will compete for the World Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship title with a trauma, the Wrestling Federation of Armenia said.
Alexanyan’s doctors are trying to maximally alleviate the pain from the injury ahead of the final.
Three-time world, four-time European and Olympic champion Arthur Alexanyan will compete against current world champion Musa Evloev representing Russia at the heavyweight final.
A day earlier Alexanyan began complaining from pains related to a previous rib injury he had suffered at the past championship.
