Artsakh military’s air defense units have shot down an Azerbaijani ORBITER 2 reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle at 10:15, September 25 in the Akna section, the Ministry of Defense of Artsakh said in a news release.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan says it’s normal that people in Armenia are waiting for quick changes after the 2018 revolution. Pashinyan states that these quick changes have already started, but it doesn’t mean that all changes have taken place.
