Commander of 3rd Army Corps Grigori Khachaturov bestowed with Major-General military rank
President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian signed a decree according to which Commander of the 3rd Army Corps, Colonel Grigori Khachaturov has been bestowed with the military rank of Major-General.
The President signed the respective decree based on the Prime Minister’s proposal.
