In a conversation with 168.am, Davit Babayan, Advisor on Foreign Relations to the President of the Artsakh Republic said that he had repeatedly explained that one of the enemy’s short-term plans was the capture of Shushi.
Major destructions and civilian casualties happened in the town of Shushi as a result of the latest Azerbaijani bombardment, the State Service of Emergency Situations of Artsakh said.
