Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia has forwarded 168.am’s publication regarding Anna Vardapetyan to National Security Service

After yesterday’s publication of 168.am according to which Advisor to Nikol Pashinyan for Legal Affairs Anna Vardapetyan has interfered in the preliminary investigation of the case of Ruben and Rafik Hayrapetyans, the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia launched a study of the publication.

A little while ago, in response to 168.am’s inquiry, the Prosecutor General’s Office responded that the publication has already been forwarded to the National Security Service.

“After the preliminary study, the publication was forwarded to the Investigation Department of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia in order for the latter to prepare a report as prescribed by Articles 180-181 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and to verify the circumstances presented in the publication, within the scope of preparation of the report. The Prosecutor General’s Office also received the attorney’s report on crime which will also be forwarded to the National Security Service in order for it to form a part of the criminal proceedings,” the Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
