Following the entirely predictable decision of the Constitutional Court of Armenia, the public and political debate has once again intensified around the question of whether the two opposition forces that entered parliament should take up their mandates or refuse them. Some argue that accepting the mandates may be seen as legitimizing the disputed election results or as a form of political discrediting for the opposition.
