Hoagland unaware of meeting date of Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents
There is no information on the date of the meeting of Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan at the moment, OSCE Minsk Group American Co-Chair Richard Hoagland told APA news agency.
The diplomat said the Co-Chairs are unaware of any date set for the meeting of the two Presidents. Hoagland also talked about the trilateral meeting of Foreign Ministers of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan held in Moscow, stating that it was organized by the initiative of the Russia said.
By the initiative of the Russian side, the working meeting of Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan – Edward Nalbandian, Sergey Lavrov and Elmar Mammadyarov, was held in Moscow on April 28. At the meeting the sides continued discussing the issue on moving forward the negotiation process over the Nagorno Karabakh conict settlement. The officials highlighted the necessity to implement the agreements reached at the Vienna and St. Petersburg summits last year. The Ministers agreed to continue talks over the issues discussed at the meeting. After the trilateral meeting, another meeting was held with the participation of OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs (Russia, US and France), as well as the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.
