National Security Service of Armenia to launch criminal case for hacking computer password, not the crime committed by Anna Vardapetyan and the investigator

In regard to the facts presented in 168.am’s publication regarding the actions of Nikol Pashinyan’s assistant Anna Vardapetyan, the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia had to immediately launch a criminal case under the elements of Article 308 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, but the Prosecutor General’s Office “threw it off” by forwarding the case to the National Security Service.

However, according to 168.am’s sources, the criminal case will be launched in regard to entry into the computer information system without permission (under Article 251 of the Criminal Code), not in regard to abuse of official position by Anna Vardapetyan and an investigator, which would be normal in a country of laws. Basically, this means that a criminal case will be launched against the person who hacked the computer password and withdrew the information, not against Pashinyan’s assistant Anna Vardanyan and the investigator for their serious offense, when Anna Vardapetyan specifically instructed to bring the particular charge against Rafik Hayrapetyan.

This is the picture of justice under Pashinyan’s administration.
