Soldier of the Artsakh Defense Army Tatul Harutyunyan, who was wounded by the Azerbaijani fire, is in normal condition, Colonel Kamavor Khachatryan – head of the militarymedical department of the Armenian Armed Forces told reporters on May 31.

“He sustained a penetrative gunshot wound to the right thigh and is hospitalized in Stepanakert’s military hospital. It’s not yet possible to transport him to Yerevan,” he said. He said as soon as the soldier’s condition is stabilized, medics will discuss his transportation to Yerevan.

The protestors urged everyone who is concerned to join them, saying “ Join us and express your protest regarding the disappearance of our Azerbaijani colleague who has been living in Georgia for the past two years. The Islamic State terrorist organization has claimed responsibility for the attack. The bomb exploded at 08:30 local time on May 31 in the Vazir Akbar Khan district, near the German embassy.
