The mother of the 22 year old Azerbaijani soldier, who was captured by Nagorno Karabakh forces when Azerbaijan attempted to infiltrate the line of contact, denied the Azerbaijani defense ministry’s report that the captive isn’t their serviceman, Istipress.com released footage.

At today’s Government session Karen Karapetyan stressed establishment of favorable conditions for economy development by state bodies. According to him measures should be taken, which will provide unimpeded development of business environment. K.Karapetyan highlighted undertaking of legislative changes as well directed to clarification of evading taxes, duties or other mandatory fees under the Criminal Code.

The Government of Nagorno Karabakh (NKR) published the report of receipts and expenditures of the special account, as of January 1, 2017, the NKR Government informed.
