According to our information last summer the brother of the Armenian Premier Ashot Sargsyan, who resigned from the post of deputy-director of Nairit, received 42 million USD for severance from the factory during a short period of time. And this happened in the case when everybody knows how difficult the financial situation of the factory is and how the personnel of the factory didn’t get paid for many months.
The management of the factory signed a timeline of payment of salaries with the employees in order they don’t apply to the court and don’t get additional 4,5%. The head of the PR department of the factory Anush Harutyunyan denied to the media the rumor of the payment to the brother of Premier.
She mentioned that her severance pay is much less and he will be receiving only 50% of his salary every month. Nonetheless, our sources insist that the Premier received the full severance pay. Moreover, the employees of the factory found out that several other staffers of the factory received privileges. For this purpose, they are going to form a delegation to demand from the state to start an investigation against them.
