Armenia’s trade turnover with EEU member countries throughout January-April of ongoing year has increased, as compared to the same period of the previous year. Upon data released by RA National Statistical Service the growth comprised 2%. However, it’s interesting enough, that activation of commodity turnover was recorded only with Russia, total trade volume with which comprises 27.4% of Armenia’s total trade turnover. Meanwhile, from EEU member countries trade with Kazakhstan has nullified, and that with Belarus reduced to 0.6% from 0.7%.

Armenia’s trade turnover with the European Union as of the beginning of this year has decreased by 1%,comprising 24.4% of total trade turnover. This is mainly the result of decrease of trade volumes with Germany.
