“The Government has also defined recommendations to undertake necessary measures and to settle the issue it negotiated with donor enterprises on account of the fact, that involved loans shouldn’t exceed USD 30 million and their return should be implemented in the period of 25-30 years,” the Deputy Minister said.
“As you know, we released a publication, that RF Foreign Minister is having meetings with Ambassadors on NK conflict and the possibility of organizing a meeting, in particular, with the Ambassadors of the states, who are the Co-chairs, thus, we provide information to the society on those meetings, i.e. besides the fact, that we share information with our foreign partners frequently, in a multi-format, and we inform the society to the extent, which is possible and necessary.”

If we also launch war, then we don’t have any limitations upon this document. If it’s an aggression from Azerbaijan, then united system is functioning. It doesn’t function in Karabakh, however, we can move our military means to Karabakh, which we’ll do.”
“You are familiarized with our disposition, it’s not subject to any political conjuncture. We have showed it throughout many years. The same way sensitive issues are existent for Russia, which have principal character. I think, mutual respect is the guarantee for our relations and cooperation to continue for centuries,” highlighted Maria Zakharova, official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation.
In fact, international financial organizations, even if oblige adoption of such a Code, they do it not for the purpose of dissolving Armenia’s economy, but for the purpose, that for years Armenia’s authorities involved immense loans, and didn’t waste but dilapidated those loans and made the country face the issue of solvency.
“If my business had been left until September, Ilham Aliyev could have expected to hear new accusations at the next meeting of the UN General Assembly,” Ismayilova said. “And most importantly, the government of Azerbaijan does not have a lot of money as before to mobilise all the lobby groups to avert all the waves of pressure. When there is no money, you cannot pay off and silence [people] through bribes.”
“In principal, if president Putin, like president Medvedev used to be, were committed to creating a breakthrough and hoping to finalize the basic principles of the settlement, that would be great. I don’t believe what he wants to do, I believe what he wants to do is leave the impression among the presidents Sargsyan and Aliyev, that only he, president Putin is a real player in this.”
