Azerbaijani authorities have turned everything into ridicule: Shavarsh Kocharyan
“It’s been a long time Azerbaijani authorities have turned everything into ridicule both the international law and even their internal life,” Shavarsh Kocharyan, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, told reporters today after the Cabinet meeting.
Sh.Kocharyan refused to comment this step by Baku, stating that it’s ludicrous and, naturally, it can in no way impact on visits to Artskah.
Azerbaijan declared MEPs Frank Engel (Luxembourg), Jaromír Štětina (Czech Republic) and Eleni Theocharous (Cyprus) as internationally wanted.
