Solar panels to be installed in Armenia
Soon the first solar panels will be installed in Armenia. An industrial enterprise will be created for this purpose, which will be unique in the region.
The Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources informed, Deputy Minister Hayk Harutyunyan said the production of solar panels will begin already in the third quarter of 2017, with over 315 million drams in investments to be made in the initial phase, creating more than 50 jobs.
The company intends to supply solar panels for the domestic market in the initial period. Earlier on February 23, the Government decided to lift taxes from the PROFPANEL LLC, for the supply of technical equipment, components, and other materials, within the framework of the investment program.
