PM Pashinyan-led rally dedicated to March 1 victims over
The rally was organized by Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan dedicated to the victims of March 1 deadly events in 2008 is over. The PM’s wife Anna Hakobyan and his two daughters, Speaker of the National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan and his wife, Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan, MPs, Cabinet Members and many citizens participated in the rally. ARMENPRESS reports the rally kicked off from the Freedom Square and ended at Myasnikyan statue.
PM Pashinyan laid a wreath at Myasnikyan statue and paid tribute to the memory of all the victims.
Earlier, Pashinyan had said in his address, ‘With this rally we will honor the victims of March 1 and all other political killings and will say our resolute ‘no’ to violance, injustice, illegalitիes, corruption, electoral frauds and violation of rights’.
