Pashinyan comments on expected meetings with Russia’s President and Prime Minister
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan released details over the timeframes of the expected meetings with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev during an interview to the Russian TASS news agency in Brussels.
Commenting on the expected meetings with Vladimir Putin, the Armenian PM said this year several meetings will be held, and the offices of the leaders are discussing the issues related to the dates of these meetings.
“We will have several meetings this year, for example during the EAEU summit. In addition, I hope that this year Vladimir Putin’s official visit to Yerevan and my visit to Moscow will take place. Currently we are discussing concrete dates. The last discussion was held a week ago, I had a telephone conversation with the Russian President during which we discussed this issue”, Pashinyan said.
The Armenian PM said meetings are also expected with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
“The session of the EAEU inter-governmental council will take place in Yerevan on April 29, and the PMs of all member states, including Dmitry Medvedev, will arrive in Yerevan”, Pashinyan said.
