I adore diplomatic English. It’s the best way to say without saying, to see without seeing, to feel without feeling. Armen Ashotyan
“I adore diplomatic English. It’s the best way to say without saying, to see without seeing, to feel without feeling. It’s really impeccable for the political routine, mind-games, black tie receptions and multilayered diplomancy.
But diplomatic English has one vulnerability: it works only in peaceful times, when you can mingle around with glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, enjoying tasty snacks and finding the right people to get acquainted.
It doesn’t work in time of war, when flying drones with artificial intelligence are hunting you and your kids, when the rockets are falling on the roof of your parental house, when thousands of male youngsters with the dreams in their hearts are dating not a beloved girls but the ugly-faced death.
Endless takls, speeches, reports, statements, releases will have added value only in case they are transforming into the actions.
Name it! Do it! Save it!
Otherwise the political orchestra about ceasefire and negotiations is null and void.
And no cherry-picking!
Because all the cherries of the garden, grown on this bloody battlefield, are exclusively for Armenian future generations.
God bless Armenia, Artsakh and our Army!
