Mehriban Aliyeva appointed first Vice President of Azerbaijan
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on appointing his wife, Mehriban Aliyeva, to the post of rst Vice President of the country, the Azerbaijani APA reported.
Mehriban Aliyeva is a member of the Azerbaijani Parliament.
