In which administrative districts are apartments expensive?
Relative stability of prices is observed in Yerevan’s real estate market from the beginning of the year. Higher prices for apartments have been maintained in Kentron, Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts. Apartments are the cheapest in Nubarashen and Malatia-Sebastia. Based on data provided by the National Statistical Service of Armenia, in February 2017 average market price for apartments in Kentron comprised AMD 428 250 for 1m2.
In Arabkir the index comprised AMD 357 450, and in Kanaker-Zeytun—AMD 280 500. In Davitashen average market price per 1m2 comprises AMD 277 thousand, in Avan—AMD 261 thousand, Shengavit—AMD 256 thousand, Nor Nork—AMD 254 300, Erebuni—AMD 249 600, and in Ajapnyak—AMD 249 850.
In Nubarashen average market price per 1m2 comprises AMD 157 700, and in Malatia-Sebastia—AMD 242 500.
