New workers

As we have already informed in January-September of this year, according to official results 122,191 citizens have left Armenia. By comparing this figure with the one from the previous year, we see that approximately migration of 150,000 citizens was recorded during the past three years. In the meantime, according to official results the official number of unemployed in Armenia reduced by 15,000 during the previous three years. This speaks of the fact that not only the unemployed but first of all the employed groups are migrating from Armenia, which is more hazardous. By the way, this claim is proved by the research of Kololian Foundation (Canada), according to which in parallel of the growth of income of the respondents their notions of migration are also increasing. In other words, the more the incomes of families grow, the more determined they are to migrate.
