The Defense Ministry of Artsakh Republic told on March 17 and overnight March 18 the Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire regime over 38 times by firing more than 250 shots from various caliber small arms at the Armenian positions in the Artsakh-Azerbaijan line of contact.

“I again want to comment on the passivity of many people. You know that aggressive minority can prevent many problems. Thus, I expect that those people, who can express a new opinion, those people, who can have a contribution, to be more active.”

The charge is punished with imprisonment for the term from 2 to 6 years, with deprivation of the right to hold certain posts and practice certain activities for the term of up to 3 years, or without that.
