French voters living abroad will not be able to cast an electronic vote for the legislative elections in June because of an “extremely high risk of cyber-attacks”, the government announced on Monday.
“Our primary aim is to light up villages of the all 36 border communities of Armenia and Artsakh through installing LED technology. It is hard to set a certain deadline for the completion of the initiative since the works heavily depend on donation,” the Minister noted, adding the pace will be kept up given also the ongoing decline in the prices of the LED bulbs.
Within the framework of the working visit in Kyrgyzstan, Armenia’s Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan had a private meeting with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev in Bishkek, press service of the Government informed.
During the first day of the meeting, Arman Tatoyan presented the regulations of the Constitutional Law on “Human Rights Defender”, as well as the new legal solutions aimed at increasing the institutional influence level of the Ombudsman’s institute in Armenia.

Azerbaijani forces made 50 ceasefire violations on March 6 and overnight March 7 in the Artsakh-Azerbaijan line of contact, firing more than 1100 rounds from various caliber machine guns at Artsakh positions.

Hollande said Moscow was seeking to affirm itself as a global power while “testing our resistance”, the Guardian reports. He said Russia was “using every means to influence public opinion,” including by using new technology.
