On February 15, the expert group from the NATO Defense Education Enhancement Program (DEEP) visited the National Defense Research Univerity (NDRU), MoD, RA. President of the NDRU, Doctor of Political Science, Professor, Lieutenant-General Hayk Kotanjian welcomed the guests. President of Armenia and RPA Serzh Sargsyan won’t lead the RPA proportional list. As Eduard Sharmazanov, Vice President of the National Assembly of Armenia, said after the Executive body meeting of the party it’s the decision of RPA president.
