Touching upon the deadlock in NK conflict settlement process, Russian military expert said, “Definitely, NK conflict should be, first and foremost, settled through political means, thus, all the sides, including Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, other sides interested in the settlement, should manage political dialogue. It’s another issue that it may last for 10-15-20-50 years. It’s somehow natural, but more preferable, than war.”

The European Union Delegation to Armenia and the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) have signed a Contract to the EUR 2 million grant that marks the beginning of a three-year project aimed at facilitating development of the civil society sector in Armenia.

The EU does not see significant steps in the implementation of the Minsk agreements by Russia, and therefore to talk about the easing of sanctions against the country prematurely.
