The Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA) Eastern Region (ANCA-ER) announced on March 7 that it successfully defeated Senate Resolution 168 in Kentucky, which grossly misrepresented the facts of Artsakh-Azerbaijani conflict. I have an impression that the EU officials are very cautious in negotiations with Armenia.
