Very little is known of Michelangelo Antonioni’s visit, famous Italian film director, to Armenia in 1976. Reasons are quite numerous. Firstly, the visit was short, then it didn’t serve its purpose-the program remained unaccomplished, and finally, according to some sources, Antonioni left Armenia not with high mood and impressions.

Samvel Karapetyan, head of Tashir holding, is in the second place of this list with $3.8 billion (29th place). His income from rent of properties is estimated at $960 million.
I can’t say that I’m not content with our times. One intellectual said, “Times aren’t chosen, in that period people are born and die.” You know, presently consciousness of individual responsibility lacks. Surprisingly enough, there is hope on authorities, that they should change something or opposition leaders. I consider, everything depends on everyone. It’s not clear to me. I live with my life. I have never been next to either opposition or authorities. And artist should be free.
I have always considered myself a happy man, even at the time when I entered my university in Moscow. I think happiness does not depend on anything; happiness is something that is inside a man, and if someone is happy, he/she is happy notwithstanding any external factors.
After the Cuban revolution the Armenian renowned composer Aram Khachatryan was among the first, who toured to the Liberty Island with a small soviet delegation. The political context was very obvious in this tour but not for him. In February 1960 Khachatryan presented his second symphony. He was also the leader of the group.
