Nagorno Karabakh Has Observer at Germany Regional Parliamentary Elections
An observer from Nagorno Karabakh was present at Germany’s regional parliamentary elections. Representative of the ruling “Free Motherland” party Vahram Poghosyan informed that the observation invitation was directly to Artsakh.
“The invitation was directed to”Free Motherland “party from “Alternative for Germany” party. The representatives of this party previously visited Artsakh with an observation mission during the parliamentary elections. Now they invited us to Germany”, Vahram Poghosyan said.
The Parliamentary elections were held on March 13, in three regions of Germany. The Artsakh representative carried out the observation mission in the region of Baden-Wurtenberg.
“The Elections were held in normal conditions, in accordance with European values. I also participated in the vote count. Overall, I assessed positively the whole process, I am very impressed, “Vahram Poghosyan said, stressing that the Artsakh sends an observer to Europe for the first time in 25 years.
