The Kremlin’s Attitude is Negative: Peskov on Chuckling Putin in Trump’s Footage
Dmitri Peskov, Press Secretary of RF President Vladimir Putin, announced that the Kremlin negatively refers to making use of Vladimir Putin’s image in Republican Donald Trump’s footage, TASS reports.
“We act negatively,” said Peskov stating that he watched the footage. At the same time, he added, that he didn’t know whether Putin watched it or no.
“It’s not a secret to any of us, that divination of Russia there and everything connected to the country, unfortunately, is an American campaign mandatory component,” He said.
According to Peskov, electoral processes in the USA should be lead “without making references to our country.”
Note, Donald Trump, candidate for the president from the US Republican Party, posted a video on his Instagram page with the participation of RF president Vladimir Putin and his opponent Hillary Clinton.
Putin appears first in the footage, and judo-throws a guy on the ground. Then there is an Islamic State terrorist pointing a gun at the camera. It ends with Putin chuckling to himself.
The text in the video reads, “When it comes to facing America’s toughest opponents, Democrats have the perfect answer…We don’t need to be a punchline!”
