The Reason Amal Clooney didn’t Come to Armenia: George Clooney Comments
Amal Clooney, famous human rights lawyer, wife of the actor George Clooney, did not come to Armenia since she had been busy with a case of one of her clients, George Clooney said,
“She’s actually defending her client right now, so she couldn’t be here, she really wanted to be here.”
To the observation that Turkey doesn’t recognise Armenian Genocide, what he thinks if it does, would it prevent other Genocides against Christians, Clooney said,
“It’s ridiculous not to talk about it in terms of Genocide, beacuse it was.”
To the question what he feels about being the first announcer of the ” Aurora” international award winner, Clooney said . “I am very excited to have a possibility today to be with people who have made such a amazing work,” News.am reported.
