In Case of New Aggression, NKR Recognition to Be on Agenda: Shavarsh Kocharyan
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Shavarsh Kocharyan commented on the news concerning Government’s approval of the draft on “Recognizing the Artsakh Republic”.
“It’s not so. Government’s conclusion, rather than the draft is included on the agenda to be approved by the Government. According to the conclusion, recognition depends on further development of the situation. If Azerbaijan launches new military aggression, recognition of Nagorno Karabakh will be included on the agenda,” Kocharyan told Panorama.am.
