The System and Scabies Mites

It has been repeatedly mentioned that the system characterizes not the mistake or the crime. The system characterizes the reflection of that very system towards that mistake or that crime.

Radik Martirosyan, president of NAS RA, named Armenia a ‘mity’ country. If it were a slip of the tongue, then R.Martirosyan would have apologized from the citizens of the ‘mity’ country. However, as we didn’t hear such words from the president of the National Academy of Sciences, it means he really considers the country to be ‘mity.’ Having this opinion is his right, and it doesn’t make Armenia one. And that opinion wouldn’t describe Armenia’s Academy, the scientific environment, if it generated complaint, anger or claim for apologizing or holding a NAS session by any academician, associate or PhD.

This opinion wouldn’t characterize Armenia’s state governance system in any way, if any minister, official publicly demanded explanation from R.Martirosyan. To the reporter’s direct question they get perplexed and avoid replying…

Truly enough, wider circles of the society rather negatively reflected to that qualification. However, it doesn’t characterize the system. In Ancient Rome, for instance, it was adopted to fight the slaves with hungry lions from time to time. Likewise fights, as we know, had the same outcome.  And this inhuman behavior was condemned by few representatives of the “civil society” of Ancient Rome—humanists and philosophers; slaves not wanting to become a lion share, were regularly rebelling. However, torturing slaves was within norms of the royal Rome, and exactly was describing the system.

Then what does the silence of the system mean? That we have a president, government, army, scientist of a ‘mity’ state? And those scientists are able to develop unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), and that army— to provide country’s security, and that government— to build future for the country?

R.Martirosyan is a member of state system, and if he is not punished by the system for his mistake, then the system is responsible for that mistake. This is a simple public formula.

And if in normally functioning systems number of errors radically reduce due to corresponding responses, then likewise mistakes and crime sharply increase in our country. As in the first case functions negative reflection of the system, i.e. the inevitable punishment, and in the second case—the positive, while you are a system member, you are unpunished. Even if you are the mite of the widespread scabies.
