Conclusions have been Drawn after the Four-Day War: Seyran Ohanyan

Seyran Ohanyan, RA minster of Defense, visited the military unit and positions on Armenia’s northeastern border.

“I have the honor to submit a report on the frontline, together with commanders and soldiers of the Armenian army: soldiers, who day and night protect security of the Republic and Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.”

Seyran Ohanyan highlighted two circumstances in provision of victorious exit—solders’ readiness and armaments and military equipment. He stressed, that the most important issue remains reinforcements.  Ohanyan stated that steps are being initiated to provide high level of education.

The Minister also mentioned that a range of crucial conclusions have been drawn after the analysis of the four-day war. “We uncovered all the positive sides, which were the basis for success and victory, and of course, respective conclusions have been drawn regarding shortcomings and amendments. On account of this, during all the stages of educational process we paid attention to the positive results of the four-day war and came to the conclusion, that military plan of the armed forces totally works.”

Ohanyan stated that condition of armaments and military equipment plays a big role, as well as careful attitude, high level of exploitation. “Of course, on account of the mistakes, we implemented different military trainings, on the basis of which lay the issue of developing new strategy, new operations and arrays,” he said.
