Putin Gave the most Important to Armenia

Russia’s president Vladimir Putin congratulated Armenia’s president Serzh Sargsyan for benefits received due to involvement in EEU, as well as 10% GDP growth.

It’s been a few days that everybody attempts to understand the origin of that 10%. Economists calculate and fail to find. They calculate GDP indices.

Officials calculate as well, but not the GDP, but how will possible operation of back hernia will cost to personally comment Vladimir Vladimirovich and to avoid saying “Putin lies.”

Putin gave an occupation to the Armenian society in accordance with allied responsibilities, instead of what it should provide. And the naïve, not succeeding in their own calculations, stimulate the officials with desperate expectation to hear “Putin has lied.” This statement, naturally, won’t be heard from any official. As for Armenian officials there is truth and “what the boss said,” understandably, is beyond the truth.

However, Putin’s statement, being an occupation, contains cynicism and offense addressed to the Armenian nation. As what Putin said means who has eyes and doesn’t see, that he lives badly, who has ears and doesn’t hear voices of thousands, who have no bread, and who has the ability to think, doesn’t think, that membership to EEU did with Armenia’s economy what is done to the arrestees in prison, like what Putin does with post-Soviet countries.

With his statement Putin has spat on the attitude of the Armenian society, like he assigned his palace clown to express himself weeks ago. He has spat on it, as prior to the statement, he had confidence as well, that despite the portion of offense and cynicism, it will be welcomed with thanks and gratitude, at least silent consent and an expressive smile.

Economists calculate Putin’s 10% in vain. As with the same success Putin could congratulate Armenia on 17% of growth of vegetarians, or 12% decrease of the level of self-esteem.

Putin stated on 10% growth to divert the attention from more crucial statement, essence of which is that Azerbaijan has much money, oil and gold, and it’ll continue purchasing armaments from Russia, as much as it’ll be able to pay. The statement, however, was not about Azerbaijan, but Armenia. And touching upon Armenia, the insolvent Armenia, which pays for armaments through a loan, and that those armaments won’t be provided. As Armenia’s GDP has grown by 10%. And if those with formal authority and constitutional responsibility, means they agree with Putin’s thesis that EEU pushed Armenia’s economy forward with the same speed, as shell of Russian “smerch” by Azerbaijan reaches its target.

Agreeing with this thesis by Putin, they also agree that with that much grown GDP Armenia is able to purchase armaments by cash, and not by a loan. And now Russia needs cash, much cash. As it’s impossible to pay a salary and pension through patriotic speeches and Kiselyov propaganda. They even fail to provide lard and vodka of Russian nation, which is historically minimal necessary condition of Russians՛ toleration and understanding.

Russia builds its relations with all countries on the basis of principles of money or solvency. Armenia, surviving through Western loans is not solvent so much to be able to financially serve Armenia-Russia age-old friendship. Instead, the solvent are Armenia’s officials and politicians. They’re solvent as much as they believe in 10% GDP growth. As they are solvent for the reason that Armenia, in fact, has no 10% growth and with the price of not having that growth it pays to Putin to find their own propaganda projects.

And, however, gratitude should be expressed to Putin. With one sentence he gave what was so necessary to the Armenian society—occupation and scenes. “Sasna Tsrer” wave is little by little fading away.
