Azerbaijan’s Destructive Approach Dictates to Review the Negotiations: Shavarsh Kocharyan
“Over the last 25 years Artsakhi people clearly realized that they are loyal to their decision, i.e. as a state Artsakh has been formed with all its attributes. Recent April war proved that people of Artsakh are ready to draw back any adventurism and more strengthen the positions,” Shavarsh Kocharyan, RA Deputy FM, told on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Independence of Nagorno Karabakh.
According to him, recognition of NKR by other states will be productive for negotiations. He disagreed, that non-recognition of any state over the last 25 years is a failure. In his words, such an issue hasn’t been set, however, Azerbaijan’s destructive approach dictates to review the negotiation process.
