Armenia’s state debt has grown by AMD 40 bln in a month
State debt of the Republic of Armenia as of late August 2016 comprised AMD 2 trillion 603.8 billion or USD 5 billion 484.86 million. As RA National Statistical Service informs, as compared to the beginning of the year, the state debt has grown by AMD 147.5 billion, and only throughout August—AMD 40.2 billion.
From which: external debt as of late August 2016 amounted AMD 4 billion 541.8 million, and AMD 4 billion 44.8 million is that of the Government, USD 497 million—of the Central Bank of Armenia.
Throughout August external debt has increased by USD 48.8 million.
