Samvel Babayan, former commander of NK Defense Army, warns that Azerbaijan is preparing for a war.

“Appropriate period is necessary to get ready. I also said, it constructs plants to produce rockets, shells, they are solving the issue with the railway. Azerbaijan is going to a war—wide-scale and lasting, we just don’t want to properly analyze it,” Samvel Babayan told “Azatutyun.” “The point is, when it establishes a plant to produce shells or rockets, it speaks of the fact, that it doesn’t trust its partners, who supply, thinking that at a certain stage it may not supply. And it tries, by purchasing armaments, and what will be provided later on, to produce in its country.”
