Gas and electricity tariff will not rise after elections: Karen Karapetyan

Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan assures gas and electricity tariffs will not rise in Armenia after the upcoming parliamentary elections. During question and answer session between the parliament and the Cabinet, MP Nikol Pashinyan asked if Karen Karapetyan can guarantee that gas tariff will not rise after elections or that Armenia will not compensate the decrease of the tariff with any strategic facility.

The Armenian Premier gave a laconic answer, “Yes”. Afterwards the PM stated again the gas tariff will not rise after election and Armenia will not compensate with any strategic facility.
