Armen Virabyan, who was ascribed the intention of surrender to Baku, addresses a message to the people of Armenia

Armen Virabyan, civil activist, former proxy of Raffi Hovhannisyan, released a video, where he applies to people of Armenia, stating that the occurrence is misunderstanding.

“As you see I’m in Germany. I’m not in Baku, and I’m not going to be there. My name is Armen Virabyan. It’s misunderstanding linked to haqqin.az. I haven’t signed anything linked to Azerbaijan and Aliyev and I won’t. I will arraign haqqin.az for false aspersion, for using my name. They haven’t done anything to my family in Yerevan, it’s a dirty lie. Simply I was a victim of manipulation. I haven’t joined any platform and, of course, I’m against concession of territories. As you see I’m in Germany, I’m not a betrayer and I won’t be the one, I was a victim of fraud.”
