Russian-Armenian Contemporary Humanitarian Institute accumulated debts

“Russian-Armenian Contemporary Humanitarian Institute” educational foundation owes the state around AMD 600 thousand. The Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) plans to urge the foundation to return the debt to the state budget at the session to be held on December 28.

In 2016 PSRC allotted the educational foundation a permit of using radiofrequencies until December 1, 2016, for which debt comprising AMD 400413 has been calculated. AMD 206813 debt has been calculated for the use of radiofrequency until June 10, 2014, which the foundation was to return to the state budget. AMD 30602 has been paid in the compulsory execution phase.

Currently the foundation should either pay that debt or appeal the decision to the Administrative Court of RA.

It’s noteworthy that yet in 2010 the license was suspended by foundation’s higher professional education programs. And there is a statement in azdarar.am that as of 2014 the foundation didn’t function, property wasn’t used, programs haven’t been implemented, financial flows haven’t been recorded.
