The question was obscene and urged uncovering: Shavarsh Kocharyan on Lavrov’s reply

Appropriate reflection towards Alyev’s regime is available both by international organizations and different states. Shavarsh Kocharyan, Deputy FM of Armenia, told reporters today after the Cabinet meeting positively assessing RF FM Sergey Lavrov’s reflection as well and stating that there is no change of stance in Russian FM Sergey Lavrov’s announcement about the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

“There is no change of stance whatsoever and the stance of the Co-Chairs is well-known from those announcements which have been made multiple times, but Azerbaijan always acted beyond them, and the reporter’s obscene question led to such approach,” Kocharyan said.

According to him reporter’s obscene question led to such response of Lavrov, “The question was obscene and urged to reveal.” According to the Deputy FM the MG position is the same, and their incomplete, unaddressed statements allow Baku to act unruly.

An Azerbaijani reporter asked Russia’s foreign minister at a press conference whether or not “Russia will interfere in the internal affairs of Azerbaijan if it launches anti-terrorist operations and cleansing of criminal elements”. In response Lavrov said that “it’s not a matter entirely regarding the internal affairs of Azerbaijan,” and added that there are numerous decisions over the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
