Logic of EEU is clear for Armenia: Karen Karapetyan

The logic of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) is understandable and pragmatic for Armenia, Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan said in an interview with the Russian “Mir- 24” TV.

“We become a “member of the fifth” which has a market of 180 million. And we have an internal task: if we are not successful, the reason will be that we didn’t work well, rather than the incapability of the club. The potential there is quite huge. We want to work hard,” the PM said.

Replying to a question how is going to be the partnership not only within the frames of the EEU, but also the CIS, the PM said, “I refer to this in the following way: any platform, which can allow the members of the club or the participants of the platform to agree and solve any issue for their countries, must be used. We will also use that platform.”
