Yerevan Jewelry Factory has a new director
A session of the Board of Directors of “Yerevan Jewelry Factory” OJSC was held in the State Property Management Department on February 17, aimed at discussing the issue of dismissing the general director and appointing new director of the factory, the press service of the SPMD informed.
During the Board’ session a decision was made to dismiss Director Gagik Kafyan from the post, and appoint Andranik Adamyan as an acting director for a 1-year term. At the same time, the newly appointed acting director was instructed to carry out the delivery-acceptance works of the company’s documents and property and submit a company’s business program within 15 days.
