Currently the situation is calm: Artsrun Hovhannisyan

Azerbaijani forces opened gunfire at 22:00, May 7, in several parts of the Armenian borders in Tavush province. Azerbaijani forces ceased the shooting as the Armenian Armed Forces engaged with countermeasure responsive gunfire, defense ministry spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan said on Facebook.

Hovhannisyan said Azerbaijani forces used different firearms in the shooting, and no-one was hurt.

“Currently the situation is calm,” he said.
