Azerbaijan strikes Armenia’s town of Kapan with missile, fatalities reported
The Azerbaijani military has hit the town of Kapan in Armenia with a missile strike, Armenian Defense Ministry spokesperson Artsrun Hovhannisyan said midday October 10.
“Minutes ago they delivered a missile strike at the town of Kapan. There are fatalities and wounded people,” he said.
